Max is our inhouse Personal Trainer here at Bodyflex Gym. Max has been working in the fitness industry for over 6 years & training personally for 9 years.

Max interest in the Personal Training began when he was trying to lose weight as a teenager at which point found himself doing hours upon hours of research, which then led to the start of his qualifications in Fitness. He has studied many differing facets of the gym industry & is a highly regarded Personal Trainer.

Max’s primary goal is to help as many people as possible become an extraordinary version of themselves. He enjoys working with all people and always strives to go above & beyond to find ways to tailor the training experience to be enjoyable for all clients.

Max believes successful training is all about a positive outlook and improvement, he would love to share his knowledge with all of you & is very approachable.
