George had been training people for over 18 years and has himself trained in a number of different disciplines. He brings with him many tools to help you reach your full fitness potential and become the best you can be. He specialises in the following: Weight loss, Strength & conditioning, Functional training, Boxing & kickboxing and Brazilian Jiujitsu training. George offers his clients one-on-one and group personal training, he runs a number of group fitness classes and also runs corporate group fitness sessions.
