KONGA : Dance . Shake . Squat . Twist . Punch!

KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. KONGA® is a fierce and wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload.

JAGUA: Stretch . Tone . Sculpt . Squat!

JAGUA® is a body sculpting class choreographed to Hip Hop, Pop, Afro and Old School Music. It’s a body conditioning class that helps flexibility, muscle strength, tone and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It is about creating a lean, strong and toned body in a musical environment.

BURN! Curl . Dip . Raise . Press!

BURN! is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg–2.5kg dumbbells and fuses this with dance inspired movements which will shape, sculpt and improve your muscle tone in your upper body and core. You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

ABT Abs. Booty.Thighs.

This class works your abdominal muscles, booty and legs in a fun and effective way. We incorporate body weight training, cardio and weights with classes changing weekly!

Boxing

The classes are comprised of skipping, partnered pad work, boxing combinations, drills and bag work. High intensity boxing classes are suited for people looking to improve cardiovascular fitness, core strength, hand-eye coordination, weight loss and toning up.

Our 45-minute boxing classes are designed for both males and females. They are fun, challenging and safe workouts.
